Ming Gu Gallery is delighted to present Li Chevalier’s new solo exhibition, Unveiled Silence, at the Wemyss Gallery at Sotheby's from 29 October to 4 November.  

Renowned for her innovative fusion of ancient Chinese ink techniques and contemporary expression, Chevalier’s works offer a unique and thought-provoking perspective. Born in Beijing and educated in Paris and London, the artist’s work reflects her deep understanding of both Eastern and Western art traditions. Through her masterful use of ink, pigment, and texture, Chevalier creates evocative landscapes and abstract forms that invite contemplation and introspection. 

This exhibition is also part of the ​27th edition of the Asian Art in London, which is an annual programme showcasing the best of Asian art, from exceptional antiquities to modern and contemporary art. During the time, Asian Art in London participants including galleries, dealers and auction houses will open their doors across London to welcome collectors and art lovers.
